Manganaro Midatlantic, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manganaro North America, LLC was founded near Boston, Massachusetts in 1958 by John B. Manganaro, Jr., who remains active as company chairman. His tenure symbolizes the stability found throughout the organization. Company executives, typically civil engineers with graduate degrees in business administration, have become proficient in managing the changes that take place in our marketplace. Construction managers and their project teams are responsible for multiple projects from start to finish. Manganaro has also earned a reputation for financial stability, and subsequently, unlimited bonding capacity. Tom Vagrin, president and CEO of Manganaro Midatlantic, LLC since 1987, first came to the firm in 1983. Tom manages all aspects of the company's activities, including designing and implementing the business plan, and positioning the firm for future growth and development. Robert Coyle, Operations Manager for Manganaro, has been with the firm for over 20 years. He has contributed significantly to the development of the firm's systems, procedures and technical standards that have helped provide a strong foundation for Manganaro's unprecedented growth over the past several years. Brian Loveless, a construction manager for Manganaro, has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction within the Baltimore-Washington region. Brian's education and experience have given him the necessary skills to provide Manganaro's clients with the utmost in professional construction services. Hiring the absolute best job candidates for both office and field positions and training them regularly is integral to the development of our managers. Prospective project managers participate in a formal training program that subjects each candidate to a multitude of technical tasks. This program teaches a consistency in approach to create controls that ensure our projects are built right and on schedule. Each field manager is responsible for choosing and training new field manager candidates for the growth and continued long-term stability of our forces.
