What a huge accomplishment across the board, congratulations to all! 

I think we all knew at the beginning of the job how this special space's unique and beautiful design and its details would be different from anything we had ever constructed before, but the level of quality and attention to detail delivered by each of your companies cemented each of your respective positions as deserving of recognition.

Please extend our appreciation to all of your people with a special thank you to all the draftsmen and craftsmen who made this possible; early mornings, late evenings, weekends, coordination meetings, and dedicated commitment that made it all possible.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a pleasure it has been working with the Manganaro team on the UMBC Performing Arts & Humanities Building. The scope of work on this project included the structural stud framing, the exterior skin vapor barrier system, the rough carpentry, the interior studs and drywall, plaster, and all ceilings including acoustic lay in, drywall and metal. The acoustic requirements of the project were quite stringent and the details were anything but standard. Thanks to Manganaro's field staff, construction details were painstakingly adhered to and the completed construction is a tribute to the hard work and quality control efforts of your entire team. 

Given the large scope of your contract, Whiting-Turner put a lot of faith in your company and knew that the overall success of the project would be directly related to the success of this contract.

Manganaro was clearly the right contractor for the job and I was thrilled when the promises became reality and the work progressed so professionally. Manganaro was an asset to the overall project team. Everyone knew the project was extremely complicated and Manganaro provided the team that was necessary to complete the project on time, within budget, and with the highest quality—the construction trifecta! In addition to completing each phase of your scope on time, all punchlist activities were attacked with the same sense of pride and urgency that was evident on the entire project, allowing us to have a turnover that was without any lingering activities that would hinder the owner's full use of the facility. I would not hesitate to use Manganaro on future projects and I am happy to provide a reference regarding the quality workmanship and professional management that I am pleased to have witnessed on this project.

It is a great pleasure to write to inform you of the upstanding effort of your employee, Mark [...], on a job well done at Anne Arundel Medical Center.  Almost on a daily basis, Mark went above and beyond to provide an excellent product, and was able to do so while meeting a difficult and demanding schedule.  Faced not only with the daily challenges at hand, Mark was able to oversee not only the drywall portion of the work, but was able to keep focused on corner guards, wall protection, doors, hardware, handrails, daily owner changes, and emergencies.  When faced with a problem, Mark always had positive, and value input in order to come to a quick solution.  It was a great honor having [Mark] on this project, and I hope to have him on many more to come.  Please pass my thanks on to [Mark] as he has demonstrated on this project why Manganaro is a leader in the drywall industry.

As we wrap up the Vocus project in Beltsville, Ted and I would like to let you know that we have enjoyed working with your firm and have appreciated Manganaro Midatlantic's approach to this project.  This project has at times been difficult and frustrating.  Your commitment to completing the job never waivered, and the quality of the work is exceptional.

We would like to take this opportunity to commend Manganaro, Inc. for their excellent drywall and acoustical work at the new UMB School of Law/Social Work building. They completed their contract work on-schedule with a high degree of quality and minimal punch list items.

Their work consisted of all the drywall, acoustical (including all the acoustical wall panels), and GFRG, (both unfinished and pre-finished), work in the building. We enjoyed their positive can do attitude and constant willingness to push the schedule. They were able to solve problems quickly with little or no impact to the overall project schedule.

Their crews were responsive, worked very diligently, and paid close attention to all the various architectural details. We look forward to working with Manganaro on future projects.

I have had the unique opportunity to work with Manganaro on the consecutive construction of two new high schools in Maryland, Century High School in Carroll County and Tuscarora High School in Frederick County.

Manganaro provided professional masonry services on both projects and was an integral component of both projects success. The two projects where completed on time and within budget, which could not have been achieved without the efforts of Manganaro

My team and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Manganaro's project staff, they are all professionals and quality craftsman. The onsite Forman and Project Manager understood the tremendous benefits of teamwork and became a seamless extension of our staff.
